How come one side of my facial hair grows better than the other side?

One side of my face grows good and the other doesnt grow as well.I want chin straps but only one side completes.im 21 is there anything i can do to make the other side grow as well? if theres nothing i can do will it get better as i get older?

Look at how you sleep? Are you sleeping on the side that isnt growing as good? Some ppl shave more to encourage the hair to grow back, if it doesnt then maybe that part of your face just has less hair.
