Are there any tips/exercises to improve your glove hand in hockey? or anyway to practice on your glove hand?
Well, I wanna be the best I can be. I play in net, I'm pretty good I must say so myself, but I wanna be better. Is there any way to improve my glove hand catching? Well, I use a tennis ball and stand about 4-5 feet away from the wall, and throw it and try to catch again. It's pretty fun. Are there any other ways?
Another option is to find a ball that has an uneven surface (look up "reflex ball" on Google) so when it bounces back at you you can't predict where it will go, and you have to react.
