Does the abdoer twist actually work?! not the old one the newest one !?
So im a new mom of a baby boy ( 6 months on the 1 ) . and i really wanna loose all my baby fat! Im not that much biger then i was before. i am about 145 pounds now and was 120 pounds before and really like my body before and would like to get back to the shape i was in before. So i decided to buy the abdoer twist. I used it for the first time today and didnt really feel burning or anything in my abs. and i do realize that its not gonna work if i dont eat healthier and do cardio and exercises. but with all of this? does the abdoer do anything or actually work???
what the hell is an abdoer? if its one of those idiotic products off the market that claim to give you abs you will be better off flushing your money down the toilet, instead of wasting your time. I have a 6 pack and low body fat and ill tell you the ONLY 2 THINGS TO GETTING ABS AND BEING IN SHAPE. 1. EATING VERY HEALTHY, NO JUNK FOOD OR VERY VERY LITTLE. 2. EXERCISE ALOT, BURNING MORE CALORIES THAN YOU TAKE IN DAILY. if you do this for a couple months you can lose those 25 pounds but you must be serious. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, dont eat anyting saturated fats or any bad fats. Normal fats are ok in small ammounts. EDIT: for exercise running is great, personally i run and lift weights/ or play sports. For abs look up videos on youtube, there are many great ones.
